It is a Fraud company.They don't return security amount.When i started with them ,they took Rs 3000/- as security amount to be refunded at discontinuation.It disconnected their services in June.It has been 3 months but they are not refunding the security amount.Now the concerned person is not picking my call.Worst customer care service.Now no one is responding.

Down to earth customer support service. I am continuously reporting from last 15 to 20 days regarding internet speed and they didn't rectify still what's the main cause. Regarding speed I have buy 5MB plan under 899+service tax monthly but i am getting less .5mbps speed. I am strongly recommend no one buy it.
