Down to earth customer support service. I am continuously reporting from last 15 to 20 days regarding internet speed and they didn't rectify still what's the main cause. Regarding speed I have buy 5MB plan under 899+service tax monthly but i am getting less .5mbps speed. I am strongly recommend no one buy it.
