Client Review on Cooper Chrysler Dodge Jeep

The commitment to communicating updates and promises kept, as well as fixing your car is awful. My car was there for 3 weeks and 2 days. I was told I'd get phone calls and never received any. For those weeks it seems my car was on the backburner. No one gave me the impression that it was being worked on AT ALL. The day I went to the place to check, I was told an hour. We came back in a hour and a half to no positive results. I was told my car would be delivered the next morning after they called and I paid for it. I started calling after 10 a.m.and couldn't pay til after 2. At 4 they stopped answering my calls and I had my father call. He tripped them up in so many lies. I finally got my first call to say were finally on the way. They had someone DRIVE my car to me!!!!😡😡😡😡 What happened to towing? That's miles being put on my car, someone I didn't authorize to drive it, and my gas being used. How do I know he drove straight here? What if he'd had an accident or hit something? I'm calling better business bureau in the morning!
