We have had CQ Services for many years, and at first they bent over backwards to assist their customers, but for the past year or two, they have been absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. If you call on the phone, you ALWAYS get an automated message asking you to "press 1 for sales, press 2 for blah blah", etc. and no matter what number you push, you have to leave a voicemail, nobody EVER answers the phone. I have tried sending them e-mails and RARELY do I ever get a response back. It has gotten to the point where I have had to physically stop in to their store and talk to the secretary in person in order to get any answers. I have been trying for 4 months now to get our website issues resolved, but cannot seem to get any response back from them. Absolutely HORRIBLE for contacting.

Well, the are horrible, try calling them...you will see what i mean, i have tried to call them on 3 different occasions all 3 times I sit on hold for about 5 minutes then it goes to a machine telling me to leave my name and phone number, Well I did that 2 times and I have not heard back from them! Stay away if you know what is good for you!

After having a power problem that destroyed my motherboard Mike did a great job of finding the problem and fulfilling my requests when getting it back up and running. I had specific needs and he did the research to find the parts that met those needs. I would not hesitate to take any machine to CQ Services in the future. When I'm think of an upgrade built I know for sure who I'll be going to.First class company with first class employees.

My husband brought 2 laptops in to be fixed. They said they would let us know if they would be able to fix them. Days went by with no word on my laptops, so my husband called to find out what was going on, no answer. The next day same thing then the following Monday and Tuesday no answer I decided to call from my work phone a number not associated with us and our laptops, and recieved an answer first try. The woman on the phone was very disrespectful and simply said that we got no answers to our call because they have "been busy". When I asked of the status of my laptops she stated that they "hadn't even been looked at yet", my displeasure with the situation was evident and her response was "we have been busy, I told your husband it would be a week". Which might I add no such conversation was had! Bottom line their customer service is severely lacking and they mysteriously not too busy to answer their phone when you call from another number. I would never recommend this business and advise everyone to use caution.

CQ Services does great work. They always repair our computers in a timely fashion, and they always look out for our best interest. Marc and Deb are great to deal with.Just had my laptop repaired, very happy!

A few months ago I responded to an ad on Craigslist regarding a computer being sold by CQ. When I arrived, the computer I wanted was not the specifications I had seen online. While there, though, I found a computer with specs I was okay with and settled on it. Went home with it and it had a slew of issues that CQ didn't fix when I brought it back. I asked if I could return it and they asked me to leave it with them and they would call me regarding a refund. It's been over four months and I haven't heard anything except stories like mine from other people. I'm guessing that I'm not getting my money back.

Mike Short did an amazing job on my laptop. I had a complex issue (possibly several) and Mike ran several tests that didn't show any abnormalities. Using his sleuthing skills, he tweaked some things which solved the issue. Now it runs really fast, he fixed a problem I had since purchasing the laptop. I'm very happy with the service he provided and have a few more projects lined up for him!

I have dealt with CQ twice in the past year and was very pleased and impressed both times. Prices are extremely fair, quality of service is above and beyond expectations, and general customer service is excellent. The staff is honest and trustworthy, and their competency in all-around computer repair is outstanding. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone other than CQ for repair services.Transaction details: Data retrieval from damaged hard drive and external storage device.
