The worst ISP and cable company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They honestly don't care about their customers. If you're late you're off, only 1 payment arrangement allowed in a year and that has to be arranged before you get a disconnect.When I initially started services I had cable and internet but quickly disconnected my "$79.99 a month cable package" when all said and done it was over $150 a month. I went to DirecTV NOW and it's the best cable I've had in my life. I'm saving over $90/month but still paying out the *** for internet. Even after playing catch up for disconnecting their cable and paying $500 in a month I kept their service, but that will change.If you have half a brain to do any research before enlisting their services, steer far far away. Unless they are the only ISP in your area. In which case I am sorry. Customer service reps are condescending and ignorant, they do not know how to cater to their customers or how to offer any programs to help struggling people. It's 2018 and they are stuck in 1990 with customer support. Spectrum is cheaper and faster and you aren't locked in a contract. You also can set up parent arrangements if you're ever in a pickle and it won't be held against you. This place is a joke.
