I purchased several websites over a six month period from Pat Murphy and team at Custom A Design. Although, they are decent to deal with, the quality of website that they produce is not OK. Their websites will not integrate with major platforms with out errors, and will not update properly and worst of all is that the coders hide certain parts of the code so that its nearly impossible to edit text in certain parts of the site. The only good part of this company is Dylan in sales and they have a good Photoshop designer. I would definitely not recommend CAD Design for anything to do with websites because they are unreliable and basically garbage.

Regina Jackson and her stuff is one company I will always refer them. Custom Designs has really made my life change. They made me a website that is totally outstanding and easy to use.Since the have built my website 3 years ago business has really pick up for my company. Thank you so much Regina. The work and customer service is more than a 10 plus. I recommend this company to any and everyone. They also have some excellent package plans. You can not go wrong with this company.

These guys are Spammers. They have NO local presence in the Mountain Home Area. When I asked them their address, they couldn't answer me. Background noise appears to be inside a call center of sorts.

Love these guys have been with them for 7 years now. They make every fix and update easy. Don't have to wait weeks to fix stuff usually happens in a couple days if not an hour. Thanks again guys so awesome, keep up the good work.

They have always been ahead of the curve when giving me excellent quality service. I'm pretty perplexed by the spamming comment. I've found them to be very responsive.

WARNING: Stay away or you will regret it! Spent over $8,000 on our website that was more than 4 months late "going live" and then found out a ton of things were never tested nor done, though the owner said it was. We have over 200 documented separate problematic issues over the last two years, including 109 screenshots of errors. Much like many other reviews, they need a "coloring book" description to understand the simplest of requests as their skill set is truly lacking and ownership will say anything to move you along. I believe most work is outsourced to developers in other countries where they really don’t understand English, thus the repetitive issues of constant redoes. BTW, they do NOT use TEST servers, so if they are fixing a problem, your site is likely going to be down. I have never heard of a website company not having test servers or not know how to use them. That should be extremely scary to anyone building a website.This is an example of how they operate. We had an issue with an error that was usually an immediate fix. I sent them the screenshot of the error and for 10 straight days got nothing but a run around saying “they are waiting to hear back from the developer”. On the 11th day, I got a quote of $400 to fix the error as "our" developer was busy on another project and their new developer needed 10 hours at $40 hour to "learn our system". We left them after that lie but that is how they treat customers. The owner would not take my calls or respond to emails. BTW, our new developer fixed the issue free as it was that quick of a fix!Our new developer says our system "is a hacked job" and the code will need to be rewritten from scratch. Our website was supposed to be written strictly in PHP and they went the Laravel route as it was easier and quicker for them, without telling us or getting our approval. We are in the process correcting the many errors they created by staying “inside the Laravel framework” instead of extending it as they should have, which we all know costs a lot more to fix than create. They seem to have pulled stunts like this on others and will continue to do so. Our next conversation with them will be in court.

SPAMMERS - These people spam constantly under this name and Murphy Consulting. After the 20th email I decided to share a review, as they won't stop and need to learn how to run a proper business. Scam tactics don't build long term customers.

I have worked with Custom A Design on several website projects and each time their knowledge, experience and talent shine through. I have worked with other companies in the past and had to babysit them every step of the way, but with the guys at Custom A Design I simply tell them what we want and they deliver, time and time again. Working with their team is a breath of fresh air.

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE! THEY WILL MAKE YOU HAVE TO WATCH EVERY DETAIL TO BUILD A WEBSITE. 3 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN ALL MY PRODUCTS AND PICTURE ON OUR WEBSITE!!!

My website is down all the time. We are in march 2015 and it has already been down about 6 times according to my emails just this year. The outage was blamed on power failure twice within the last month. It was blamed on Hackers another time. In August 2014 it was down for over a week. Some kind of server failure. Decent design work. But my number one expectation of having a website....is to have it work. Not a good track record of that.
