I can't say enough about the team at CustomWeb from the recent website they built, to the consulting services and all the great marketing material they have provided. I have worked with several companies in the past and I must say when it comes to quality and affordability CustomWeb has stole the show. As a non profit organization we have had a hard time with the direction we should take online and with our web presence. The help from CustomWeb and all their expertise we have leaned so much and been able to achieve so much in our market in such a short period of time. We were looking for results and they gave them.

I'm suspicious of a web "designer" who doesn't even have an email or contact form on his own personal website. Several of his portfolio sites were fake or expired. Doesn't return calls.

CustomWeb not only built a very functional and nice looking custom website for my business, but also offered an excellent customer service package. Everytime I needed to add something new or make revision, help to decide about something on the site, or if I just needed an update or a time frame, I feel like CustomWeb team was always there for me. They're very easy on your wallet too. You can expect some great services for significantly lower price compared to the other website development businesses ( I've done my research). The thing I like the most is that you only pay a few hundred dollars up front, and than they quote you on the monthly "membership payment", which is very affordable. I'm only paying $40 a month. I don't think you can beat that.

I'm thrilled about launching a new website for my business this week with CUSTOM WEB. It was a great experience to work with their team. Some might say that I'm that customer who is pretty difficult to please/demanding and I'm hardly ever satisfied with services I purchase. This is one of the few times that I'm honestly pleased with an outcome, and also with the whole development process. Custom Webnot only exceeded my expectations, but it was a very easy and pleasant experience working with them. They are very professional, focused, responding and very skilled in their many areas of expertise. They were there for me every step of the way and offered lots of guidance and free advice. We are getting ready to launch any day now and only tackling some minor cosmetic and content issues now. I've also contracted Custom Web to take care of my marketing. They came up with this excellent marketing strategy that I just can't wait to launch. I'm printing all my marketing material with them, they've designed my logo and beautiful business cards.One of the things that I liked the most is that they offer very reasonable and highly competitive pricing and payment options. It is a one stop shop for all the entrepreneurs marketing and advertising needs.

We are very disappointed with CustomWeb services. At the very beginning I asked for my website not to be done from anyone overseas. I was very disappointed when I found out years later They had hired someone from overseas to work on our site. I felt like he kept our site hostage and made empty promises since 2013 and still not complete. We decided to add WePay and to correct the errors to our site and he took our money and sat on the work. After months later, he states he can't provide the service and to go elsewhere. It's now 2016 and still no refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We found another company that is excellent with service and communication.They are finishing up this site that CustomWeb couldn't finish. I have them working on another site for me next. Don't trust them with your money or time.
