Feedback:

We are very disappointed with CustomWeb services. At the very beginning I asked for my website not to be done from anyone overseas. I was very disappointed when I found out years later They had hired someone from overseas to work on our site. I felt like he kept our site hostage and made empty promises since 2013 and still not complete. We decided to add WePay and to correct the errors to our site and he took our money and sat on the work. After months later, he states he can't provide the service and to go elsewhere. It's now 2016 and still no refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We found another company that is excellent with service and communication.They are finishing up this site that CustomWeb couldn't finish. I have them working on another site for me next. Don't trust them with your money or time.
