Mirna the manager was super rude. Attempted to return a phone charger (without a receipt) after purchasing the wrong one from another CVS and was told with an attitude it could not be returned. Informed her the buyer used to work at CVS, purchaser asked why it could not be returned as CVS will accept items from other CVSs. Mirna scanned it and said it’s “DC” and when purchaser said “what does DC mean” and Mirna’s response was “didn’t your work for CVS, you would know”. She only answered the question asked. There was no communication. She was rude. She started off as if coming to the front was an inconvenience to her. Communication and customer service will take you a long way in life.
