I am the install manager for an out of area national sign company. I used Dale's in the past and had a decent experience with a guy named Chris that used to work there.... But they have went way down hill since then. I call in a service call with these guys for my prime client. They say no problem, should get to in within a few days. A week and a half passes and my client contacts me to see WHEN the work will be done. So I reach out to them to see what the hell was going on and was told they are not going to be able to do it...... Not being able to do work due to schedule constraints, etc is no problem. You just got to say so upfront. Saying you are going to get it done and not delivering with ZERO communication until I have to call YOU is just bad business. I really hope you guys get this in check while you still can. A bad reputation in this business can stunt your growth forever.....

For my new business, I hired Dales Printing & Signs for most of my Printing and Signs needs. They did Magnetic Signs, Business Cards, several 2 part carbon-less forms, Door hangers and also wrapped my Ford Connect Van. I am thoroughly satisfied with their services, quality and friendliness. The jobs were always ready on or ahead of promised time. The pricing is much better than the major companies on the internet. I will give Dales Printing & Signs all of my work and would highly recommend.

I had heard of bad things from Dales Printing but never the less I called to get a price estimate on a simple flyer. The lady puts me on hold then simply hung up on me. There are standards your business should show, and this one shows none.
