Feedback:

However, being a startup, we weren’t able to afford their database. I spoke about the same with their executive and they were kind enough to come up with a customized deal for my requirement. But I wasn’t completely happy with the datasets that I received. I contacted their agent Rob and he helped me out in correcting the confusion. He educated me on using the dataset in a better way.
