I applied to live in this apartment complex about 3 months ago and paid my application fee of $60. I ended up choosing a different option for living and decided to move into Bridge Pointe Apartment Homes across the road instead (great place to stay I might add!). I was later charged $150 for holding the apartment at Arch Street, yet I never asked for the apartment to be held. Be wary if you apply here, because you may be randomly charged with fees. I was also told I was "Lucky" by management that I was not charged with an extra $200 fee that was supposedly waved. The first call I received in regards to these fees was from a debt collector. Arch Street never once sent me an email instructing me to pay this. Be careful if you apply here. Thank you for reading.
