Mark is a lifesaver! My work computer had problems a few weeks ago, took it to Best Buy and Geek Squad "fixed" it... then problem returned. Found out the temporary fix masked a bigger problem of my hard drives failing!! He was able to save all of my data, which was A LOT and back it up, upgrade to better hard drives WITH a warranty FAST! Double checked with Best Buy and the same work would have taken 5 business days where he did it basically in one business day. He also offered recommendations on upgrading my Existing custom built computer.... without trying to sell me the most expensive brand new computer. I highly recommend Mark and am very pleased with his business.
