Client Review on Diamond Community Services

I’ve never reviewed a company before because most companies are ok or good or great. I’m posting this review as a warning to do your research. The anonymous “ google user” reviews seem fake. Diamond worked in our community for 3 months and pulled in more than $75000 in that time by awarding all contracts to their partner company diamond contracting and doing a terrible job. The backlash from the community ultimately resilted in the hoa president resigning before she could be voted out and diamond terminating their contract early. Do your research. I would be happy to share emails I’ve received from diamond and their unwillingness to respond to simple questions.Update: there were several “google user” reviews that were made up. After posting this review the fake positive reviewers have gone in and assigned fake names to the reviews to make them seem legit. And Ed from Diamond Community that did not respond to me during his tenure as our management company responded quickly to this review and then deleted it because it made him seem unprofessional so I have attached a screen shot of his response..
