Client Review on Dickson Graphics

I called for an appointment to get my windows tinted on my car they said they were busy for the next weeks I completely understood so I scheduled it for 2 and a half weeks out. The day of the appointment I dropped off my car before they opened and left it to be worked on. I then about 20 minutes after they opened received a call saying they had messed up on scheduling and they had me down but it was in the wrong schedule (you would think in 2 weeks someone would have noticed and notified me about the issue)? They said they were sorry and that they could not do it that day and that was all they said. I had to ask about rescheduling thinking they would offer to squeeze me in that same day since my car was already there or even the next day to try and make up for this issue. The best they could offer me was late the next week or the week after. They also did not try and express their "sorriness" through a discount of any type if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I could receive some type of discount since they messed up and caused more headache for me and they told me that they couldn't offer me anything for their mess up. Overall very poor customer service.***Update the owner got in contact with me and has made everything right. The work that was done was great! There was a hiccup but I would recommend them for sure.***
