What was the best part of the experience?

I could tell they had experience with other non-profits; before we had even decided to sign the contract they had a plan of action. The proposal was professionally written and certainly more than we were expecting; the pricing was fair. They even threw in some marketing options, which we ended up deciding to go ahead and do.

What would you change about the experience?

I don't have a single bad thing to say about DMA. They've helped us a lot in the past year, and we look forward to seeing what we can accomplish in 2018 with their help.

I can't say enough about the website that DMA designed for us. Our website was the one website you stumbled upon randomly that reminded you of the 90s. It was old, clunky, and it really didn't inspire confidence in the work we do at our non-profit. We enlisted the help of DMA to help us sort out our old website and breathe new life into it. A nine-month long project resulted in a beautiful website that really highlights the good work we do for our community and has already resulted in more donors and volunteering. People are able to sign up online instead of having to call in or come in to sign up and we get a lot of inquiries from our new website whereas the old one would scare people away.

What was the best part of the experience?

For a while we contemplated hiring a social media manager to help us conquer social media just as we had conquered local publications and the like. When talking about this at a BMA meeting, I was referred to talk to Mr. Clanton about their social media offerings. We had some fruitful discussions which resulted in them building out our social media for us to help us generate more business online. In the first year alone we saw a 212% increase in sales revenue. While a good portion of this was direct traffic from social, we do believe some of it was a better public image and memorable brand due to people seeing us on social as well.

What would you change about the experience?

There is a certain challenge when you’re outsourcing part of your marketing, but DMA was well equipped to help us overcome the hurdles and challenges involved. We couldn’t have done it without them.

They do a great job and they are ready to own their successes and the hard work it takes to get there. They are true professionals to the very end.

I will forever be grateful for William and his team at DMA for all of the excellent work they did in helping us reach the front page for our key products and helping us expand our online store into new avenues in 2018. What would you change about the experience?

There’s not a single bad thing I can say about the company or about their representatives. It is always a pleasure talking with them and hearing what they have to say.

Our bounce rates are lower now, people are spending more time on our pages to learn about our products, and we’re closing a higher percentage of business thanks to DMA. We’ve also worked with them to set up some advertising and retargeting campaigns to ensure that none of our sales prospects are falling through the cracks. What was the best part of the experience?

Since hiring DMA for our SEO our sales department has never been busier. We are seeing a drastic increase in sales revenue and in interest in the products we offer in our online store. They put in the work and effort to ensure that each product page was updated and optimized for search engines and as a result, we’ve seen a significant increase in sales for most of our products.

What would you change about the experience?

Growth has been difficult since we had a huge increase in leads while we’ve struggled to increase our sales division, but that’s more of an issue on our end.

Our most popular item has seen a 722% increase in orders just in the past six months while others are seeing anywhere from 150% to 300% more orders from our SEO campaign. What was the best part of the experience?

We brought on DMA to help us with our Facebook advertising and to help us get the most out of our presence on Facebook. Since we have a local presence in a number of markets, DMA got us on track with ensuring that each business had its own page and to ensure that our brand was fully visible on it. Our lead generation through Facebook had over tripled within just a few months, and we continue to see record sales as a result.

What would you change about the experience?

Being on Facebook has also presented some challenges, especially as we have had some growing pains with some negative customer experiences. However, DMA did help us take care of negative reviews and helped us promote a positive image to our clients.

Communication with their social media team is ongoing and open; they are really receptive to any questions and concerns we may have and are fast to get us the information we need. They report on time and are genuinely easy to work with.
