They need to treat their employees much better. It’s been said the owner cares more about money than people and personalities, that is pretty pathetic considering we the drivers make him rich. There are plenty of delivery services out there I suggest you try one of them.

Tried to use a gift card twice and pay the balance with a credit card. Total amount was charged to credit card both times. The app makes no sense on how to pay for food!

Right now I wish there was a No star button. I will NEVER use this f@#%ing service again! My daughter places an order and the order denies stating error with payment. She re-enters the card info and tries again. Next thing you know, 2 orders of the same thing appears at my house. Long story short, the delivery guy contacts his "Office Manager " and he tells me he called and left a message, no one called him back, so you will be charged for both orders. Firstly you did not call me because you do not have my number. I have no email because you didnt have MY email. I have no email, no messages nor missed calls but two charges of 25.53 and you are telling me you will not give my money back. We will see about that.

It was OK for awhile, but the quality of the service has decreased a lot over the past year. Food is never delivered on time - it is delivered anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes late. Items are often missing or incorrect. The hot food is cold and soggy, and the cold food is ruined. The drivers are always polite and professional, but have no way to rectify anything themselves.DoorDash and Uber Eats always offer me a credit or perk when they mess up (and sometimes just because)! When one restaurant completely screwed up by giving my order to another delivery service, Uber Eats made sure I got my correct order as quickly as possible and refunded some of the purchase price. DD, please look into the service models of Uber Eats, Door Dash, and even Shipt. You could use a good lesson on how to run a good customer service program.

My wife ordered our dinner tonight through this service. The guy brought us about 2/3 of our food, we had to wait over thirty minutes for him to make a second trip, and we still didn't get everything we ordered. Never again.

Had food delivered to my job and the order was completely wrong(nowhere near what I ordered). They replaced the order and this is what showed up. Dinner Delivered said that they would be refunding my money, but for some reason I don't think its going to happen. I am extremely disappointed. Customer service was nice though. I spoke with customer service again and they were able to give me a credit for for my replaced order. Customer service is awesome.

It never fails that every single time I order from this place they do not check the orders and I miss food that I pay extra for! I have a newborn that is sick so that's the only reason I use the service but I will be using another one as my food was just delivered and yet again I'm missing a side that I paid for just like I do every single time! I paid almost $30 just to feed myself so you would think that they would check the orders but nope every single time they show up my food is missing!!! I also always tip. what a waste of my miney again!!! Use a different service!!
