I used Doorbell marketing this year and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. I was referred to Ken by my web engineer and Ken was quick to diagnose the SEO issues with my site and prescribed some much needed fixes. Within a short time, my site was much faster and getting much better organic results with Google. In an age of "take your money and run" SEO companies, I can gladly say that Doorbell Digital Marketing is NOT one of them!

Kenneth and I have known each other a long time. I was his first client when he opened Doorbell Marketing. At the outset, I was actually quite pleased. My site was beautiful, he's a hard worker, his quality of work was fine, & he held up his promise by beginning to generate leads into my business. Oddly enough I had a 5 star review on here for the longest time. I'm choosing to change my review because of how I was treated, not due to poor quality work.I had signed a contract agreeing to a specific dollar amount in exchange for specific services rendered. Later, Kenneth attempted to alter our agreement to acquire additional payment for no change in services when legally we had agreed to an ongoing partnership at the original price.Kenneth decided that his pay increase was more important than loyalty to his first customer, which is fine. Business is about money. But a good business, in my opinion, builds good relationships and treats those relationships respectfully. When a business cares more about the bottom line than the loyalty with the customer, I take issue with that. We all have clients that have been with us for so long that out of respect for the relationship we grandfather them in to whatever payment they were providing. Sure, we eat the potential profits but it's the right move.When a company chooses to put the bottom line before the customer, it shows a lack of respect for the people that company is working for. For that, I'm disappointed with Kenneth and with Doorbell and why I'm changing my review to reflect that.Reviews are an accumulation of not only services, products, etc. but the experience. My experience ended very poorly & disrespectfully. Therefore, I believe this review accurately reflects my view on this company. I don't do business with companies I can no longer trust or respect and will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Ken is a dedicated, passionate, and energetic guy! I have been very pleased with his work and attention to detail. Designing a website and getting it exactly how you want it can be really challenging, and Ken was patient and thorough making sure that he put out a quality product for me and my businesses.

Working with Doorbell Digital Marketing was an amazing experience! I knew for awhile that my online presence needed to be improved but was skeptical with a lot of other companies because they didn’t seem to truly care about my needs as a local business. After a business referral I was sent to Doorbell Digital Marketing where I talked to Kenny. Kenny said before we do anything he would do an audit of my current website and then we would sit down together and talk about what I was looking for and what direction I wanted to go. It was clear right away that Kenny wasn’t trying to up sell my business, and that in fact if my website didn’t show much or any flaws through his audit I am confident he would have been honest with me instead of forcing his services. 6 months later and I am not only generating 99% of my leads from my web presence, but it was a great low pressure environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Seriously, if you have any kind of business don’t overlook the power of your website and social media pages anymore. It’s 100% worth having Doorbell Digital Marketing at least give you an audit to see how much business you could see an increase in!
