Overall Feedback:

Harassed by the owner on the phone. He wouldn't answer my calls and voice mails but after I wrote a review regarding customer service he called me immediately afterwards, told me that he will not help unless I pay him the technical support fee for his time, and hung up in my face. Terrible customer service. Reported to the better business bureau
