Feedback:

The manager, Brad, gave me an estimate of $500. I asked him to call me if the total would be more than this amount. When I picked my dvds up, I was shocked to be presented with a bill for $1200 by the owner, Randy. He said there was no note to call, and he would not make any compensation for their error. I will not be using DVD Memories in the future because of the financial strain this caused and their unwillingness to help resolve the issue.
