Client Review on Elf Entertainment, Inc.

Feedback:

This company is completely and utterly lacking customer service and organization skills. We waited for months going back and forth waiting for packages to be sent after settling on an event date in November for June.After calls and emails and being assured no one had booked that day and admitting that he never sent the info, I was told that people.did in fact book and was treated as though it was my fault for waiting. Then after we FINALLY receive a package to choose from, we replied and recieved no response. I waited a week and emailed again asking what was happening. Today we received another email stating we needed to choose and make a deposit by March 14th or our date would be canceled. We were accused of never sending a reply to them. Dan, the guy in charge I assume became completely angry. I told him I needed to get this set or we would have to move on. He became belidgerent, and hung up on me. We are not new to this company. This company has been used for many years in the past and I'm just guessing that this isn't how you keep clients. We did in turn find a better deal with better prices. Same day in fact! So good luck to you ELF! If anyone needs a good inflatable company in the burgh, there's a ton in the phone book. Just don't call ELF unless you want treated badly.
