First the good news - the photos are excellent. In dance photography, timing is everything, and the photographers did a great job of capturing our daughter at just the right moments.Now the bad news - we were given false information and it cost us money. We were told that they would be taking pictures of the opening showcase number on the last day of the competition, so we should wait to order our pictures after that dance. They didn't take any pictures of that dance. In fact, we happened to see them packing up to leave several minutes before the number even started. We asked about it, and were told that we could no longer order pictures because they were closing up, but we would be able to get the pictures for the same price online. This was technically true, but we were told we'd be able to download them, which was not. We wound up having to pay $12 in shipping because of the misinformation given at the site. Had we been informed properly, we could have had all of our photos on the second day of the competition with no shipping charges. Now, we'll wait and see how long it takes them to ship us the photos through the mail.

For dance video, sound and exposure were not too bad, but resolution was horrible. Faces were barely recognizable. Equipment must be at least 20 years old. Video should have been recorded and provided in 4K, not 480p. It's a tragedy, since the details of that performance are now lost forever.

I am a professional photographer and was motivated to support others in the same profession as myself when my daughter asked to have their photos taken at their dance recital rehearsal on June 7th 2019. On June 26th I noticed there was a withdrawal from my account by EAP Photo & Video for the full amount of the photos taken plus the cost of 2 digital files. Fast forward 62 days later .. I have not yet received any prints nor digital file! This is absolutely not acceptable!! I have not received a call, email, or nothing! The $86.00 spent for 2 images was over priced in my opinion but when getting quality service and product the price can be overlooked. However, the level of nonprofessional service is egregious!!! No stars is my rating.. As I wait to hear back from the voicemail I left .. I will be following up with this review on how this was resolved!

If you're a dance studio I would run the other way. Ask this company what their employees turnover is like. Absolute liability when traveling.

Wish I could select less than a star... Not only are they not professional, but they are very unorganized and unreliable. The company in itself is very hard to contact and the only person who makes decisions never answers us or is simply not available. He basically turns down calls all day.... Also the videographer we were assigned to our show was very rude and made my child cry as he stormed out and knocked my child down during the intermission. Didn’t even look back to say his sorry. Highly NOT recommended.

Was not happy with the rush and the horrible attitude we got from the people. I'm praying the pics are good but they rushed is through so fast that several coaches didn't even get pics with there own kids.

May be good for your dance photo but completely unavailable for a quick professional head shot unless you can wait 3 months.
