Totally incompetent, terrible service. These people tried *three times* to fix my brand new fridge, then scheduled a replacement, then *refused* to complete the replacement, then referred me to the manufacturer (who, incidentally, was totally terrible to deal with as well) who said they straight up didn't believe what Eastern Marketing's service techs told them.Horrible experience.EDIT: Below, the owner responded to say they were "surprised and disappointed." As it happens, the manufacturer started an email chain with myself and the owner of Eastern Marketing almost a week ago - so, I find it a *little* odd that they'd be surprised.If they want to contact me, they know full well how to contact me. I'd be *more* than happy to have them make this right.
