I am the pickiest person I know and can confidently say this place is perfection. The staff is so positive and really know what they are doing. I got some hats and polos made and absolutely love how everything came out!!

I had an expensive jacket brought here and asked for them to match the color of the existing logo that was on the jacket already , I selected the color from the choices in the store, they made me sign for after, which I did, however I pointed to grey and they did the logo in green which is not what I told the girl in the store, she obviously entered the code wrong, the manager did nothing except offer a patch or sharpie for the green logo which looks horrible next the other grey logo it was suppose to match. He wont take responsibility for his stores errors. for this reason I feel uncomfortable using them again and would avoid as they also couldn't even spell my company name correct and I had to correct them on that multiple times, they lack...competent sales people, &Integrity dont buy here!

They embroidered my jacket in the wrong color and refused to take responsibility because despite there employee typing in the wrong color code they claimed I as the customer didn't double check her and look up the code to ensure she was doing her job right. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSBILITY FOR THERE WORK!!!

I just had the pleasure with working with Mohammed and the team at EmbroidMe. Mohammed and his staff designed mugs with our company logo on it. Embroidme did a great job for us and the price was very fair.

I would give them zero stars, unfortunately it's not an option.This place is awful. The work is trash. And the employees/management is inept.After leaving a deposit of 50% they took two months to finish the work on two dozen t-shirts and 4 hoodies...and naturally still manages to ruin the order with the wrong color shirts and errors in the design.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Just had my grandsons football hoodie done there and the staff was very informative pleasant and gave great suggestions, after the sakes lady and I went through the details there was a gentleman who might have been the owner or the designer and suggested some changes that where amazing and my garment came out fantastic.
