Very poor workmanship! Will not fix poor work, will not use them again.Do not use EmbroidMe under any circumstances. They ruined a $70 jacket and will not repair or replace it. When you talk to them on the phone they laugh in your face, I did not think it was very funny at all. The next step is small claims court. Just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with this company. Do not use!
