Very quality expirience they did an amazing job. For the most part I am extremely happy with how they did my jackets. The only thing that drives me crazy is for one of my jackets my name starts with a lower case. But as long as you specify what you want they do incredible work. My other jacket they did I was unsure about because they would have to remove the previous embroidery and I just didnt know if it would come out alright. Let me tell you that it came out AMAZING im glad I came here theyre not really over priced or anything their staff is great the only 'bad' thing from my expirience was the lower case in the name. Other than that I will definately be here again for any future embroidery needs I may have.

I’ve been visited in there past years ago, I got upsetting that I’m tried explanations for my designs but I thinks they’re might be confused easier than grumpy people because of I’ve supposed shown them my design on the paperwork and I was filed it out including a cellphone & email and after they’re never contacted me more than five months do wasted my times because they’re said they will calls me or emailed me but I NEVER received it are nothing it to me, it’s pissed me off! And I decided went back in there to checks my receipts paperwork and they’re got it. I’ve still not happy with my $150 bills for whole designs on the back sport jacket because before they’re TOLD me it’s was $80 but now charged me $159 including a taxes fees. And I’ve NEVER come back ever again! It’s ripped off my bills! 👎

I would give 10 stars if possible! Stan and his staff are awesome. They went out of their way to complete my project on time. We ordered 6 shirts and with Stan's recommendation picked out an amazing sport polo that had my team looking great for our trade show. The communication process is easy as Stan utilized email and text which is perfect for my busy life! Talk about customer service, the EmbroidMe-Riverside team is fantastic! I needed a small embroidery job done for a conference I'm attending next week. I called my usual local embroidery company and they gave me the run around (small order upcharge, rush order upcharge, not to mention they couldn't even quote me a price over the phone). I called EmbroidMe-Riverside and explained the situation, and they were more than accommodating and fair. Friendly, upfront, and quality service. A+ I'll be coming back for sure.

I was told my request was too small of a job to have “her” stop production. Wrong answer. Sometimes a small job, turns into repeat business, with larger projects.
