Talk about customer service, the EmbroidMe-Riverside team is fantastic! I needed a small embroidery job done for a conference I'm attending next week. I called my usual local embroidery company and they gave me the run around (small order upcharge, rush order upcharge, not to mention they couldn't even quote me a price over the phone). I called EmbroidMe-Riverside and explained the situation, and they were more than accommodating and fair. Friendly, upfront, and quality service. A+ I'll be coming back for sure.
