This is the most unprofessional business out there! I ordered some shirts from them to be done for a special occasion! It was not a large order nonetheless they assured me it would be done in 8-10 business days. I was impressed! I call 7 business days into the order process to tell them I hadn’t received the artwork proof . They assured me my pickup date was on track and that they would follow up. When I went into inquire on my order on the promised day they told me the hurricane closed the plant where the shirts were ordered from. I said seriously you’re blaming the storm for your taking the order 2 weeks prior and never ordering them! No apology no what can we do to make this right. I then asked for the owner . The lady standing there identified herself as the owner with again no apology And when I asked if there was a corporate office she said no and offered no solution to my order they should lose this franchise as they do not value customers.

I dropped off 2 scrub tops at the beginning of the month and 9 days later I called to see when they would be ready because no one had called me. The man that answered in his monotone voice advised that they are not ready and may not be ready until Monday. Ok. I advised him that I would stop by after noon today to pick them up and asked of they could refund me. He called me before 11am and said that they were ready. I picked up my shirts and the name and logo were placed on the opposite side and he said that's what was written down. I told him that the lady (with the baby and kids) was looking at my shirt that I had on that day and she wrote it down wrong. He shrugged his shoulders as in "oh well." I WILL NEVER TAKE SCRUBS HERE AGAIN AND I TOLD OUR ENTIRE OFFICE TO AVOID THEM. PATHETIC...

I have used EmbroidMe in North Palm Beach for years for all of my company uniforms. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also quite creative and have helped me to market my business in ways I had not thought of previously. They are not just shirts and pants, but all types of items with your company or group's logo on it. I would highly recommend consulting with them for your next "logo" job!
