Nancy did an amazing job with my embroidery needs! When I started my company, I knew I wanted to use 5.11 brand shirts. I've been turned away from two other companies who said it wasn't possible to use my 5.11 shirts. Not EmbroiderMe though!Nancy made sure to show me what the design would look like, the colors, and did a great job matching my existing logo! They can also create T Shirts with ink, meaning that they last a lot longer than traditional screen printed Tees. The hours are convenient for me too, 10-6! This company will be getting a lot more of business in the future.

Extremely rude! Probably the worse customer service I have ever received. She has no filter, doesn’t realize she is talking to a client and keeps arguing. Every single time I have ever gone she has either ruined my design or my garment. And Expects you to just go and get another one. Told me I was demanding? I was unaware of the fact that a customer is not allowed to ask for they want. As I walked out she thanked me for never coming back, lol. Make sure you think twice before you go there, the lady has some serious issues and does not know how to keep it together.

Hi,I live right next door to this location so i decided to try it, So i walked in spoke with Nancy about making me 3 shirts for my business, I was advised yes i can do this, I just need a file of the logo, So i gave a Vector file to them which was (Easiest to convert) from what another embroider shop told me. I had to call to keep asking on the status and finally had to call to even see if my order was done 2 weeks later. I was charged upon pickup 49.99 just to "Digitize" my logo which I had already sent a digital Logo as previously stated, and then 34.00 for each shirt. I will definitely not come back here and I will go up the road to Falvel and 2920...
