Feedback:

They did manage to send me the part I needed (ice maker for an LG fridge) but I also ordered a 2-year protection plan. They sent the paperwork for the plan to the wrong email address - when I asked them to re-send it, they “couldn’t.” Basically, I bought something and they refused to send it. But they said I could just let them know if the part fails and they’ll replace. Right... I’m sure if the part fails it won’t be covered under the fine print, and what am I going to say? I don’t have a copy of the contract. Irresponsible company.
