my wife was there for an hour on aug 7 and she has no buisness there. any info would be awesome black grand caravan, shoulder lenth light brown hair ,and goes by nikki or nicole.prob nothing but i dont like the feeling in my gut . thx mike

They did manage to send me the part I needed (ice maker for an LG fridge) but I also ordered a 2-year protection plan. They sent the paperwork for the plan to the wrong email address - when I asked them to re-send it, they “couldn’t.” Basically, I bought something and they refused to send it. But they said I could just let them know if the part fails and they’ll replace. Right... I’m sure if the part fails it won’t be covered under the fine print, and what am I going to say? I don’t have a copy of the contract. Irresponsible company.

Here's the bottom line. They had the part. No one else had it from about an hour long search online. The manufacturer didn't even have it in stock. The only thing I can say is they need to be better with shipping and such. The tracking number didn't work, and when I tried to call the phone number said technical problems, but the part did arrive as they said. Advice in the future; pay a couple extra bucks and get it faster. I think they could charge a couple bucks more and give better shipping terms. I will use them again.

Rep immediately started talking without asking how I could be helped or the reason for my call. (4 consecutive delivery exceptions by Fed-Ex with no delivery attempts made) After I got the chance to speak I was told to call Fed-Ex and Phillips. 12 minutes of the frustrating run around.Follow up: I did receive a call from a different representative who went above and beyond to discover that Fed-Ex lost the package. She contacted Phillips and is having a replacement sent out. Stay tuned for hopefully one more followup.Replacement package was delivered as promised and scheduled. Missing package also showed up. If one is to be returned please send forms and estimated date of pick up so it can be left for carrier pick up.If i don't here back, I'll not worry about returning

order part received part damaged informed encompass they said no problem send you a replacement part but they failed to inform me they would charge for the replacement part as well until their investigation was complete on the damaged part they requested pictures of the part and box well sent over the pictures two days later replacement part arrives login on my bank to find out they charged for replacement because they claimed they did not get pictures so still they claim after I sent the pictures 6 times they have not received pictures when I copied myself and other family in on emails one star because can not post zero stars stay away from this company

Quite possibly the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. To be fair the returns and ordering dept is great i'm sure due to the amount of practice they get. Ordered 3 items $1300 worth every single item was bad out of the box as per the technician, explained and showed how items were faulty. I believe the company is shipping out returned broken parts that they take back as cores or they try to repair and ship out as New. The warehouse facility is i'm sure in shambles and run poorly. This company is a Sony authorized facility. It saddens me to see the lack of accountability and quality that has now become the new normal.

THEIR PHONE TREE IS CIRCULAR ,WHICH MEANS ONE CANNOT CALL THEM FOR PARTS THE MFR. HAS UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THE RECODING CYCLES ONE BACK TO THE BEGINNING.
