Rep immediately started talking without asking how I could be helped or the reason for my call. (4 consecutive delivery exceptions by Fed-Ex with no delivery attempts made) After I got the chance to speak I was told to call Fed-Ex and Phillips. 12 minutes of the frustrating run around.Follow up: I did receive a call from a different representative who went above and beyond to discover that Fed-Ex lost the package. She contacted Phillips and is having a replacement sent out. Stay tuned for hopefully one more followup.Replacement package was delivered as promised and scheduled. Missing package also showed up. If one is to be returned please send forms and estimated date of pick up so it can be left for carrier pick up.If i don't here back, I'll not worry about returning
