order part received part damaged informed encompass they said no problem send you a replacement part but they failed to inform me they would charge for the replacement part as well until their investigation was complete on the damaged part they requested pictures of the part and box well sent over the pictures two days later replacement part arrives login on my bank to find out they charged for replacement because they claimed they did not get pictures so still they claim after I sent the pictures 6 times they have not received pictures when I copied myself and other family in on emails one star because can not post zero stars stay away from this company
