Paul and Encore staff are sharp, friendly, and helpful. They did a great job of communicating about the market and interest in your home. Paula did a thorough, conservative market analysis of our home. Encore handled the closing process and steps very well, although they did miss that I had forgotten one document. Encore is fully trustworthy. Paula is good at pricing homes for fast sale. This means that you need to be diligent in analyzing and making the final decision about asking price.

As first time home buyers and being brand new to the area, we really hit the jackpot with Paula. She was tuned into our values and our end goal. With the variety of options on the market, it's easy to veer off track but Paula kept us focused, knowing what we wanted and deserved for our family. Paula and her staff were on top of everything, every step of the way and helped us through this brand new and complicated process. Her knowledge and expertise helped reduce the stress and complication. We are in love with our new home and are so grateful to have had Paula in our corner.

Encore RE is one in a billion. Not only do they feel secured,cared for, answered my phone calls quickly.I felt that the dedication that they put on both of our transactions, on a professional level they are second to none. My first time experience with Paula Hellenbrand was from a long distance, I was living in NY and all my questions as a first time home buyer, but when in Nov. 2010 I felt like Paula listened all those moths and she took us yo the properties we were looking gor,we found the house it was a cash deal and we closed in four days . The second transaction was a lot that we had been praying for for 7 years and when they finally put it up for sale, I called her immediately and she did what she's gifted to you and she got us a great deal and we closed in 2 weeks. Paula is a professional. This is the second time that we have used her services and when we decide to sell our current home she will be used again. Paula has always reacted in a very timely manner and has always looked out for our best interests. Each situation is different and she adapts quickly and is sure to try and cover all of your concerns and questions quickly and efficiently.
