Not only do they feel secured,cared for, answered my phone calls quickly.I felt that the dedication that they put on both of our transactions, on a professional level they are second to none. My first time experience with Paula Hellenbrand was from a long distance, I was living in NY and all my questions as a first time home buyer, but when in Nov. 2010 I felt like Paula listened all those moths and she took us yo the properties we were looking gor,we found the house it was a cash deal and we closed in four days . The second transaction was a lot that we had been praying for for 7 years and when they finally put it up for sale, I called her immediately and she did what she's gifted to you and she got us a great deal and we closed in 2 weeks.
