I appreciated my experience with this company. I was in the Washington, D.C. area for a family emergency. Alexander and his associates literally saved me by recovering all my data from a broken USB flash drive. My other USB was in my other home in Massachusetts and I knew I wouldn't have access to it for at least two weeks. I was approaching the final chapter of the dissertation. Moving forward, Alexander provided useful advice on other methods to use for backup aside from USBs and Google Docs. For issues relating to my case, so many businesses both large and small typically send the broken computer/flash drive device to another facility outside the DMV area. I appreciate having the experience of knowing who was fixing my USB and having the opportunity to ask follow up questions, getting prompt responses, honest and explicit process for recovering my data. I highly recommend people to refer to this company for any computer or data recovery issues.
