Overall Feedback:

Worst service! Spoke to a rep who was very helpful and set up an appointment for a week later. I called back to see if I could get something sooner and was told someone would call me back. Never called. I called back again spoke to Ashley who basically kept talking in circles until I deducted that they cancelled my appointment. She could not tell me why. She could not get anyone to speak to me. She said she “can’t account for what other employees told me”. I got quoted 3 different prices. I was told there was a free inspection. She said they don’t do free inspections and would only do an inspection if you signed up for a yearly service! Then told me I’d have to call back tomorrow to speak with someone to start this all over again! Incredibly disappointing experience. (FYI: EHS merges with Modern Pest Services.)
