Buyer Beware -- this company engages in poor business practices. We are filing a report with the Better Business Bureau now. We made it very clear we were dissatisfied with their service. As new owners we requested a full assessment of our home. They sent over one person who was completely dismissive of our questions and concerns and providing no information. We informed them that we had transferred our business to a new company. They ignored this information and made repeated harassing calls to us. Today, unannounced, they arrived at our home and removed all of the termite stations leaving our home unprotected. When I called to complain, they referenced a call in February as the point at which they considered themselves to have given notice of their plan to take such action. In speaking with our current provider it is clear that EHS engaged in purposefully mean spirited behavior that was unnecessary and unwarranted. It is common practice that a new provider assesses the situation at hand and maintains or replaces the system at the home. It is completely unnecessary to remove a fully operational system that is being monitored and maintained by a licensed provider. SHAME ON YOU EHS.

Worst service! Spoke to a rep who was very helpful and set up an appointment for a week later. I called back to see if I could get something sooner and was told someone would call me back. Never called. I called back again spoke to Ashley who basically kept talking in circles until I deducted that they cancelled my appointment. She could not tell me why. She could not get anyone to speak to me. She said she “can’t account for what other employees told me”. I got quoted 3 different prices. I was told there was a free inspection. She said they don’t do free inspections and would only do an inspection if you signed up for a yearly service! Then told me I’d have to call back tomorrow to speak with someone to start this all over again! Incredibly disappointing experience. (FYI: EHS merges with Modern Pest Services.)

This company was EHS pest services. They started billing us under their new name, Modern Pest, without informing us of the name change... So the bills (2) didn't get paid since it was an unrecognized account. They then shut down our account. Bad business practice on their part...changing a company name and not notifying your clients....

Always provide a personal and prompt response. Pet and child friendly with their products, application and technique. Technicians are kind, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Website is educational informative. Would give them six stars if I could. Have used EHS for mice, ants and a particularly frightening episode with bees!

We have used EHS twice - once for a bat in the attic and another time for making sure mice won't come back. They are extremely thorough and guarantee their work. Both times they made sure the critters were gone and spent a fair amount of time thoroughly going over the place and blocking entrances for the critters. Great job! Jack who helped us most recently was very professional and a great guy.
