Brought in my car to be repaired from an accident. Was seen quickly and the process did not take long. Job on the car took 2 days. The work looks excellent, like a brand new car. No complaints.

Great service. Top notch.Had to get bumper replaced after a fender-bender. Enterprise was on-site, so getting a rental was easy. The ICC staff kept me posted on the vehicle's progress by email & phone multiple times throughout. I dropped off the car on a Tuesday & picked up on the following Friday. Not only was there service quick, but they called or emailed me at least 3 times in the interim to keep me in the loop, and then followed up via email after I picked up my car to make sure there were no issues. They were an A+ repair experience!

They miss several deadlines before it's ready, then it's not done right. Alignment's not there, new tire leaks, they don't even put valve caps back on tires, trash on roof and in car. They give a "lifetime" warranty but when you bring it back they refuse to honor it. I could fight them and win, I just hate dealing with sleazy lying criminals. But if you enjoy being ripped off and deceived, this place is for you!

I took my car for repair they gave me excellent service. Quick turn around. Kept me informed. Excellent all over.

Don't consider taking your car to this shop if you value your time and money. This is the worst experience I have ever had. No one else should go through what I have experienced for a horrible job and pay such an expensive price. Once I made the mistake of dropping my car of for an accident repair job. I had to wait for 20 plus miniutes every time I called to talk to someone if get your lucky that is. And horrible communication with customers as they constantly forgot to inform me the status my car. It had to sit 2 weeks in the shop without any work while I thought it was actually being repaired. It took them 6+ weeks to repair a simple damage due to negligence and unprofessionalism. And the final work was very disappointing. If you cared enough about your car to read a review, don't make the mistake that i did.

I had to bring my Maxima in for a re-repair. Paint bubble appeard on the left rear quarter panel. GEICO said no problem with the guarantee repair. The guys who looked at the car informed me this would be a repaint. After a week I receive call telling me they had forgot about the car until now. They also tell me the cause the bubble had to do with a tiny crack at the pointed tip of the rear tail light--which they had also replaced. The manager is out the owner is out. Then they have the nerve to tell me this is a claim that needs to be re-filed with GEICO!? So far a lot of lies and BS. I am to call tomorrow afternoon? How many lies to have to tell to get out of fixing their mistake. The first time around, when they made the original "repair" they gave me back a car with a smashed front windshield and a long slash along the rear taillight lens. How is this place still in business? Next stop is YELP and the BBB
