I had to bring my Maxima in for a re-repair. Paint bubble appeard on the left rear quarter panel. GEICO said no problem with the guarantee repair. The guys who looked at the car informed me this would be a repaint. After a week I receive call telling me they had forgot about the car until now. They also tell me the cause the bubble had to do with a tiny crack at the pointed tip of the rear tail light--which they had also replaced. The manager is out the owner is out. Then they have the nerve to tell me this is a claim that needs to be re-filed with GEICO!? So far a lot of lies and BS. I am to call tomorrow afternoon? How many lies to have to tell to get out of fixing their mistake. The first time around, when they made the original "repair" they gave me back a car with a smashed front windshield and a long slash along the rear taillight lens. How is this place still in business? Next stop is YELP and the BBB
