We at Ex-Tech Plastics have enjoyed working with Excalibur Technology for over five years. I never rate anyone five stars, so don't read anything into the four. I believe our engineers who we would not trade for the world have been with us for 99% of the duration which in today's changing world is outstanding. They strive to keep us happy and the top program cost is well worth the price for the service and peace of mind Excalibur provides.

My company has worked with Excalibur for over 12 years and we have had no issues with their work. All the employees we have been in contact with over the years have been very knowledgeable and helpful. In my history with Excalibur, they have installed two servers for us without any issues. They make recommendations to ensure our server performs to its capabilities and our data is protected while at the same time work with our budget constraints. When asked by others, I recommend Excalibur for their IT needs as I know I will not be embarrassed by their performance.

Excalibur Technology has provided IT support for our agency for about 15 years. In addition to the ongoing support of our network, we’ve used the expertise of the Excalibur team to replace 2 servers, build and launch a web site, and develop a custom software program that includes e-commerce. Excalibur is committed to cross-training, so there are 2 engineers assigned to us with occasional mentoring or substitutions. Excalibur’s employees, while highly technically qualified, are able to communicate technical information in terms that we can understand and act upon. The mutual respect we enjoy continues to be a significant factor in our choice of Excalibur Technology for IT support.

They'll get the job done! Make sure the get a senior engineer, the juniors are typically under-trained, so you may want to keep an eye on the engineer and keep them accountable for their work. Overall they have a talented team.The helpdesk team is pretty sharp. If the engineer on the phone is not making progress, feel free to have them ask if someone else might have ideas.Validate your billing, be friendly and you'll do well with Excalibur!
