Excalibur Technology has provided IT support for our agency for about 15 years. In addition to the ongoing support of our network, we’ve used the expertise of the Excalibur team to replace 2 servers, build and launch a web site, and develop a custom software program that includes e-commerce. Excalibur is committed to cross-training, so there are 2 engineers assigned to us with occasional mentoring or substitutions. Excalibur’s employees, while highly technically qualified, are able to communicate technical information in terms that we can understand and act upon.
