Would give it a 0 if possible. I have had the exact same problems as everyone else listed. I moved into a new house 1 month ago and the previous owners had Excel net. We bought the plan that we can stream video on that was recommended. We get as low as 1 mbps download speeds between 8:30pm and 10pm at night when we want to watch TV. My wife and I cannot even check our email and bank accounts at that rate. I have called multiple times and gotten no where. Oh and by the way you signed a 1 year contract so you cannot terminate without a 310 dollar fee even though they are not providing the internet they recommended. They do not even know what the problem is at this point and do not appear to be actively trying to solve it. The previous reviewer was correct as the support staff will say he will talk to the Administrator or Owner but they never get on the phone or send anyone out to troubleshoot. I am trying to give them a week to get things fixed but I need to start looking elsewhere for internet.

Unreliable service. Its slow, to the point where it is unusable, almost always. Customer support doesn't do anything to help you.

very slow internet, 10mbps for around 50 a month. now with spectrum i get up to 200 but around 60mbps for about the same price. good riddance

Very poor service even though we are between two close towers. Poor customer service, they are not providing any help or addressing issues. We have called multiple times and have gotten nowhere. They cannot provide their guaranteed speeds and want to charge a step cancellation fee even though we have never gotten the service they guarantee. Technicians have even told us there is nothing they can do to fix our issues.

My parents have them there service has been down a month and they were trying to make them pay for time that they have not had internet and every time they call they lie to them terrible company this is a good way to loose customers

I am surprisingly thrilled with our excelnet service. We went with Hughsnet first only due to the fact that we had to cut down a tree with excelnet for a pathway to their tower. The Hughsnet tower was in a different direction with a clear pathway. The Hughsnet was so horrible we broke our contract. Therefore, we thought excelnet would be the same. Boy were we wrong. Its been 2 months and we are extremely impressed. My son does gaming and he says it works perfectly. We go on the internet and it is fast! So happy!

Had the wireless service for 9 years with minimal problems. Had occasional outages usually lasting a few hours. Fast service when we had to call for problems.

Please DO NOT use this service - it is awful! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My issues with this company are too many to list here but I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately, I still have over a year left of my service contract and they charge hundreds of dollars to cancel - even when they are not providing the service promised. Just stay away!
