Kenzie is really great! I had a few bills get left behind due change of address and phone number for personal reasons. So I never knew I was missing some bills, when they did get ahold of me they were nothing but great and understanding. I told them my situation and that I was in the process of moving again. I work full time but still go to school so I didn't have a lot to put towards my payment, but they were just happy I was making an effort. Every Friday I call to put a little down and if I forget to call Kenzie checks in with me the following Monday. I don't owe a huge amount but I have other bills I have to stay on top of they completely understand that! No one likes to hear from a debt collector but everyone there is great, especially Kenzie! She really does take the time to help you and she understands that life happens. Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had.

Will take scammy looking jobs. Daily interest. They make it impossible to pay in full online if its over x amount that's not disclosed. I'm guessing it goes better if you create an account that requires you hand over information like your social and such.I'm not typing it in to weird places. No thanks. So then you call. 5 days later despite all information being verified both by mouth, by dual screen check using a link, their scam money is still hanging out in my account. I just want this nightmare over. I have 6 kids. I can't afford the original scam as it is and their helping me accrue interest despute having all the necessary info to pay it. I took a loan that takes most of our grocery money up to get this to go away since we can't afford the travel and a lawyer. They said they'll help dispute it, but as if, as if a debt collection agency is gonna help YOU. YOU are not the client. They make money off of you. With daily interest the dispute would likely take months. I just want this payment to go through so the stress can eventually end. Please either take the money, or let us know your done messing with us and we can put this behind us.Can't get verification emails. Can't get updates. I just want to be done with the original scam people, and feel like this company is helping put us in the hole further. I will update this if anything resolves aquedately.I will atleast be nice enough to say they are very nice the whole time. theres no screaming or harassment.Update: tomorrow makes a week that they've had my payment information and have not taken payment with zero updates. Sincerely hoping they aren't continuing to try to collect interest for this time considering they've made it impossible to pay in full online, and had my payment information by phone with web verification. Not quite sure what's going on. Will call them tomorrow if still no update on the situation. I'm really concerned a bill or something will get paid and make us a dollar or two short causing bounce fees or something. We dont have a lot of money, but we received help to get this situation put behind us so we can move forward eventually. I didn't wish to deal with the sum bag non registered rental company oncr I realized a lawyer and travel would cost more, and dealing with debt collection is pretty anxiety inducing. Really want this over to the point its worth half our grocery money for months to come. The lack of updates on the situation is very stressful. Not sure if its an oops at this point or some sort of game.Update today is Friday April 12. Officially a week since I gave payment info and bank auth sign. Still no updates. Still lots of confusion on why they haven't taken payment,

Best collection agency in town!!

We had used two other services in Gillette and had poor responses as we are a smaller client. When we started with Express Collections we took back accounts that had been listed for 4-7 years with the other companies and Express Collection recovered 80% of them in less than 1 year. Our current accounts with them are followed up on very quickly and the office is user friendly both by email and telephone. Dawn stops in or calls frequently to see if we have any concerns or questions. It does not seem to matter how much or how many claims we have we are treated with importance. This was the best move we made at Clear Creek Counseling.

As a company, we don't need these services very often, and when faced with it in the past, it's always been a frustrating and expensive process for us. I believe I spoke to Devon . So this is what happens to people who are attempting to do what's right and alder be their country. Attempted to call to make a payment arrangement and got placed on hold numerous times . Sorry I work and handle things alone I can't wait for you guys to answer and do your job. The start garnishing wages. I tell them the amount is a hardship and I'll pay 200. They tell me all I have to do is get my job to agree . I do that . They then preten to get off phone and talk to some ( but your the manager) lol. Then comes back and says oh well we aren't willing to accept that or send the paperwork. Why tell me you are willing to work with me and then when I do the leg work say no. Called your bluff and you lost. Manager of location is horrible . It's not the point of payment but you are messing with people lives. You are not chasing down criminals. I wasn't even rude. So be proud of yourselves for collecting money and doing it in a fashion where it border lines morality and provides hardships to hard working people . Keep being rude to people who are attempting to do the right thing . Also make yourself feel big because you want to lie, argue , and belittle your way in an argument with people who work hard, serve their country and gave you no disrespect . Ms manager you should feel great.

Worst customer service ever! I spoke with someone name Devan who had absolutely no tact at all. She was very argumentative and condescending. She had told me my claim was a fixed payment and would not gain any interest or other fees, with that it could also no be settled. I said I would pay in full the next week. Well, when I called back she was still very rude and had begun to tell me I would have an extra $30 added on for them to serve my ex in person...and an extra $50 to pay by card. She had not informed of any of this the week prior and had even said there was no possible chance of acquiring any new fees as long as I did pay. When confronted about her lie she told me it was not her problem and began to argue with me, even after I stated I was not arguing with her nor did I want to. She would not give me her bosses name and kept telling me she was the manager and I could call back the next morning to speak with a different manager...there were at least five. I used to work in a collections agency and we were always taught to say we were the manager, even when we weren't. I could not believe how I was treated and how I never could get a straight answer. She advised the call was being recorded and I advised her I hoped our first conversation was recorded as well. I'm just sayin' if you are doing your job and telling the truth, why get mad and start arguing with me when confronted?? This business is very shady and will do whatever they can to get extra money from you that is not required.
