First, I just want to say that if you want to have a perfect day for your wedding, then go to Family Affair! My husband and I had our big day at Southernmost Beach Resort 9/29/18. We started getting in touch with Family Affair, or specifically Ms. Bernadette McCall back in March. She has always been very kind and very helpful! I really really love how she always takes the initiative so that everything keeps going forward! Also whenever I have questions she will answer them all. Her team is awesome. They made the day stress-free for me by taking care of all the details. My maid of honor and her family's flight was delayed and they were about to miss the rehearsal. And of course as usual I was able to rely on Ms. McCall- we schedule a different shuttle for them from Miami to Key West after their flight was delayed for 5 hours from SFO. I feel there is a lot to say but if I continue I won't stop :D. I just have to say that I loved everything of my wedding day, and everyone of our family and friends loved it as well and they keep coming to us telling how perfect the day was! Thank you Family Affair!

I've already told my husband that we need to renew our vows in 5 years and have Bernadette help us make it happen! I'm so grateful to her and her team for making our entire wedding weekend so beautiful and stress free, and for all of Bernadette's recommendations to make it fun for our guests, like organizing a trolley ride to our welcome dinner and testing out the food at our welcome dinner restaurant, Agave 308, to make sure it was good! Even our planning was stress free and easy, which is saying a LOT because I am a perfectionist. :) I just could not ask for anyone to ever do more than they all did. We are so thankful!

Bernadette and team,Cody and I can’t say thank you enough for the perfect wedding day. I never imagined myself getting married at eight months pregnant, but you somehow still managed to make the day live up to and even exceed my dreams. We had countless comments from guests that it was the “best destination wedding they have ever been to,” the hors d oeuvres were “the best they had ever had,” the key lime cupcakes were “amazing, and wedding cake is never amazing.” One of my friends knew that Cody and I had paid for the wedding ourselves, so she said she just had to ask how much we spent. She was shocked that the wedding day was as beautiful and perfect as it was while staying within our budget. Her shock quickly turned to anger when she revealed what she had spent on her own wedding day which, by her own words, didn’t even come close to the incredible experience you put together for our guests and ourselves.The Family Affair team created priceless memories for Cody and I and will forever be a part of our love story. I can't thank Bernadette and the rest of the team at Family Affair enough for helping me with my wedding at the Hyatt Centric on 5/19. Every single detail was planned, discussed, and shared with all parties exactly to my liking and specification. I had several phone conversations with Bernadette ahead of time, and she was always available by email, phone or text whenever I needed her. She was able to help with negotiating pre-wedding cruise discounts for my guests, helped with vendor recommendations and procurement, and her suggestions and detail oriented focal points and decor rentals were FAR beyond expectations. The day of wedding planning services were fantastically helpful, and skillful. Everything went off without a hitch, and Melissa was there whenever I needed her; I worried about NOTHING that night. Iris was our photographer, and we couldn't have asked for a more fun, upbeat, lively person to capture those images for us. We did a first look, and followed Iris on stroll through Key West, and those few moments were some of the most fun of the evening. I can't say enough about this whole team, there is nothing I would have done differently. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

My husband and I got married May 2018 and what a memory and a blast it was! From the second I spoke to Bernadette as our planner, I knew she was our girl! Bernadette along with her assistant, John (fun photographer, her husband), Joanna (hysterical videographer, her sister), and Jim (incredibly talented DJ, her brother-in-law and Joanna's husband) from Family Affair - we knew that was our Dream Team. The group kept everything fun while maintaining organization from almost 2,000 miles away with me on day one. Not only did they keep my head on my shoulders with planning and perfect advice, but Family Affair Wedding and Event planning put the Dream Team together as Bernadette as my planner. Family Affair really means family affair to this incredible group of people. Bernadette was not only a planner in this process, but an honest friend. I will never forget this group letting Rob and I enter our wedding venue before any other person could see it - just the two of us - and we not only saw the first look beauty of it all, but we danced to our song by ourselves for an unforgettable private moment. What a surprise, I was floating on my own two feet in the moment of time. Family Affair let us have our humorous lifestyle throughout our event, whether it was from our crazy music choices, costume changes of guests and groom, cowboy hats during video shoots, goofy photos for each other to see one day, and of course the unconditional compassion for the love of our pup who suddenly passed a month before our wedding and was supposed to be our ring bearer. Bernadette as our planner and her Dream Team are an all around wonderful, timely, organized, loving group of people. They were by our side every second we needed them at our event. If I could give over 5 stars, I totally would! Hands down, the best!

I could not imagine my wedding day with out Bernadette and her team. They were amazing and so nice. I was nervous at first about planning everything by pictures and not seeing it in person first but everything was even more amazing than I imagined. She made everything so easy. Jackie was also amazing and super friendly. They constantly checked on me and made sure everything was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing

Absolutely WONDERFUL company! We had a wonderful experience! Everything went very well and ran extremely smoothly. We had a fabulous day and our guests thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the wedding. Bernadette and the Family Affair wedding planning crew were so helpful, organized and worked so hard to make our wedding such a special and meaningful day. Being from out of town, we especially appreciated having a wedding planner who was knowledgeable about all things Key West! I cannot recommend Family Affair highly enough! We were immensely pleased with our wedding experience with this company.

We were very fortunate to have found Bernadette McCall of Family Affair. Our daughter had a destination wedding this November in Key West. Bernadette's advice and guidance was invaluable. When planning this type of wedding, its important to have someone whose recommendations you can trust. Her help with the venue, photographer, DJ and everything else in between was spot on. Her efforts to keep within our budget were also greatly appreciated. The day before the wedding my husband became sick and spent the night in the hospital. Both Bernadette and her husband John became involved and helped us throughout the whole ordeal taking care of everything they could to allow my husband to walk our daughter down the aisle. We will never forget all they did for us that day. From start to finish Bernadette handled the wedding perfectly and with the utmost professionalism. We are so grateful to her and all of the Family Affair team for the time and hard work they put into making that special day so memorable for us. I highly recommend Family Affair for your event. They are the best !!

Jackie really went above and beyond of her day of services, she was a great resource through out the entire process. We had to move the reception the day of due to weather (4 hours before the ceremony) and she was able to get in touch with all the vendors (and new ones) and work with them to get us heaters, completely different lighting, a different dance floor, tables & chairs, & more floral arrangements. All of which matched my taste perfectly. I was so relieved to walk into the reception and see that it was so much more than I envisioned moving inside could be. She kept the day running so smooth & I was able to enjoy my wedding & reception with out worry. I highly recommend using Family Affair and there services with sound wave & senses at play as well. They all work together so wonderfully and you do not have to worry about reaching out to all different vendors.
