I can't thank Bernadette and the rest of the team at Family Affair enough for helping me with my wedding at the Hyatt Centric on 5/19. Every single detail was planned, discussed, and shared with all parties exactly to my liking and specification. I had several phone conversations with Bernadette ahead of time, and she was always available by email, phone or text whenever I needed her. She was able to help with negotiating pre-wedding cruise discounts for my guests, helped with vendor recommendations and procurement, and her suggestions and detail oriented focal points and decor rentals were FAR beyond expectations. The day of wedding planning services were fantastically helpful, and skillful. Everything went off without a hitch, and Melissa was there whenever I needed her; I worried about NOTHING that night. Iris was our photographer, and we couldn't have asked for a more fun, upbeat, lively person to capture those images for us. We did a first look, and followed Iris on stroll through Key West, and those few moments were some of the most fun of the evening. I can't say enough about this whole team, there is nothing I would have done differently. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
