Laptop suddenly switched off while I was working on it. No blue screen of death. No warning. Just gone. And it wouldn't switch back on. On a Saturday. Panic. David fixed it in a few hours. most of which was spent grounding the computer after he determined that it had shorted (that will teach me not to use a surge protector!). He charged a very reasonable price, and only for the time he actively spent troubleshooting, and he seemed as happy as I was that my laptop was up and running again. As others have said, great service and great "computer-side" manner. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL IGNORE YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. THEY HAD MY HARD DRIVE FOR A MONTH AND KEPT LYING ABOUT WHEN AND WHY THEY DIDNT HAVE A DIAGNOSIS. THEY DIDNT COMPLETE ANY WORK AND IT TOOK ME A WEEK TO GET THEM TO SHIP BACK MY HD!!!! SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY WITH THIS COMPANY AND NOT HONEST AT ALL!!

Sent a laptop hard drive for data recovery in October 2016. Months later it required multiple emails and voicemails to get any update on recovery. Finally responded with excuses about problems with their phone system and email, promises to flag my email address for prompt response, and assurance that they were still working on the data recovery. About a month ago I gave up. Multiple emails and voicemails requesting return of my hard drive have been ignored, despite promises to respond immediately to inquiries. I don't know if I'll ever get my hard drive back, if they ever actually attempted recovery, if they lost it.... This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received from any company I've ever received. DO NOT use this company.

Sent them a hard drive with extremely important data on it for recovery purposes, it was rerouted by mail to their new HQ and since then we can't get anyone on the phone or email to tell us if they can do the recovery or at least send the drive back to us so we can take it somewhere else. We might need to call the police to get the drive back.

These guys swapped out some bad drives for a new one that I purchased. They reinstalled my OS and got it running again. They had lots of good advice for me and answered all of my questions. Quick to call when they finished diagnosing the problem, and repair time seemed short. No complaints, great service!
