I called to request a local financial adviser so I can ask some questions. I was promised that someone would call me back the next day. Next day came and went, no one called me. So I called again on third day. I was again told someone would call the same day. When I asked if I could have someone with more experience, he replied that he would not be a good match for me because I felt having grey hair is important???!!! Perhaps, someone needs more training before working at customer service. As for the manager, both reps promised to speak to her and so far I have not heard anything.

Horrible customer service. I went in to open an account but had some questions I would have like to have answered didn't receive any service. The women at the front desk seemed more interested in talking about personal situations with the customer in front instead of helping me. Not a problem, I won't come back.
