The person repairing my laptop never contacted me when he said he would, if at all, set the date back twice, only letting me know when I visited the store or called, and always spoke very curtly. After about two weeks in the shop, I got it back, and within a week it was having all the same issues as before.I decided it was more effort than it was worth and ordered a replacement, and the other day I opened the broken laptop up to switch some parts to find that a part I had been charged for wasn't there, and one of my sticks of RAM was missing.To summarize, terrible service, didn't fix the problem, charged me for a part that was never replaced, and another part, which was working fine was missing.

I was on vacation and got my phone wet and ruined the screen. They were courteous and reasonable. They had my phone ready by the next morning.

Place is terrible got the screen replaced on my phone and the first screen just went blank on me after a month and broke and now the second screen is breaking on me and keeps going blank. Also after they installed the second screen I lost ability to use my Face ID and ability to make phone calls because the speaker is broke and they just say it’s related to other issues with the hardware or something I did.

Replaced an iPhone 7 screen quickly and affordably. A replacement out for this phone is $50 alone, and FigyTech only charged $80-90 to replace mine. They were done in bout 20 min.

Solved my issue as soon as I walked in the door. Verizon would NOT help me one bit with my Verizon phone issue. Go figure. I highly recommend this store for any and all computer issues. The proprietor was super friendly as well. Go there for any phone or laptop issues. I promise a positive experience and piece of mind.
