The person repairing my laptop never contacted me when he said he would, if at all, set the date back twice, only letting me know when I visited the store or called, and always spoke very curtly. After about two weeks in the shop, I got it back, and within a week it was having all the same issues as before.I decided it was more effort than it was worth and ordered a replacement, and the other day I opened the broken laptop up to switch some parts to find that a part I had been charged for wasn't there, and one of my sticks of RAM was missing.To summarize, terrible service, didn't fix the problem, charged me for a part that was never replaced, and another part, which was working fine was missing.
